Ivy Council
Chairs: Joe Debonis and Katy Whisenhunt
Ivy Council is an Ivy-wide organization that seeks to foster communication between the student governments of Ivy League institutions. Dartmouth can use Ivy Council for problem solving and policy decisions by seeking advice from other schools. It holds three conferences per year which a delegation from Dartmouth attends, one of which is the Ivy Leadership Summit held every February at Columbia University. The other two conferences rotate between schools in the fall and spring. This fall's conference will be held at Yale. Ivy Council also has a community service division, called IvyCORPS, which seeks to hold Ivy-wide fundraisers. Ivy Council helps coordinate Ivy wide projects such as the launching of RISK, an online game that will host a tournament at the end of October between all the Ivy League schools.
