About Student Assembly

Student Assembly Mission
The purpose of the Assembly is to coalesce and strengthen student participation in the College's decision-making process. Members of the SA serve on various College Committees, and the Assembly itself has its own committees that provide structure for discussion and action.

Student Assembly Information
The Student Assembly is the official student government of the College. Composed of elected student representatives and delegates, the Assembly is responsible for representing student opinions and concerns to other constituencies of the Dartmouth community, including trustees, administrators, faculty, and staff.

The president, vice-president, and at-large members of the Assembly are elected by a campus-wide election in the spring term; members from the first-year class are elected in the fall term.

The Student Assembly offices are located in Collis Center, rooms 205 A & B. Feel free to stop by.
The office can be contacted via telephone at (603) 646-3650.
